Jesus Lord, today is second last day over Jeju Island. it seems that we have a lot places we din manage to visit, Lord, i pray to You we are able to plan things out according to Your plan. Jesus, today is our 11th day of marriage. Lord i thank You that we are bonding each day though at times we might have some little arguments. Lord teach me to be a good wife. Lord i need You in every word i speak, every thought that crosses into my mind. Lord i need You to guard my heart too. i love facebooking, Lord may it not become an addiction or idol in my life. Lord i love choo suai the man You have put into my life.

Jesus, i need You to have me controlled in Your way. i do not want to lose anger so easily and burn everyone around me. Jesus, i love You as You have loved me first with everything You have. Lord, thank You for the blood You have shed for me and choo suai, Lord You are my lovely Hubby. Lord take over me, Lord Jesus, You are the one that conquer my heart and know my heart from inside out still You love me the same. No one ever like You, You are the Only One tat i can totally rely one. i love You O Lord, i need You everyday of my life.

Dear Lord thank You for Your Word today and this day! May 5th is our big day. A day of celebration with You! it is You who gives me everything good in my life. even the bad experience You turn out to be a blessing to other people. Lord, i struggles with boundaries yet You are gracious and You teach me that it is worth it to wait upon You alone. Lord i ask for Your forgiveness that i have sinned against You for not keeping the boundaries at times and yet everything we did repent and want to follow You again, Lord, i pray that choo suai will love You more than he loves me so that he know how to love me.

Lord, i m nervous yet excited. protect me, choo suai, my family, choo suai’s family. all other relatives and friends from the evil one. give us joy and peace. Lord thank You for loving us. giving us second chance. this is a good time we testify Your love and Your wonder. You are my everything, i want to surrender my life totally unto You, may it be a pleasing sacrifice, may i be obedient to You and love You with whole of my life, my heart, my mind, my soul and my might!

thank You Jesus!!

give us a safety journey to ipoh! and may our wedding day be a blessing to everyone who attend to our wedding ceremony! and the wedding dinner will turn out to be a smooth one as choo suai’s parents are preparing it. Lord, may Your presence to be felt in every second of today and everyday!!!

In Jesus’ Name, i ask and pray and thank in Your Name as we know that You hear my prayer. thank You my darling Jesus for Your Word and Your love and Your grace and Your salvation!!

Anxious- 19 days to go. and these are what the Lord tells me

Psalm 94:17-19

Unless the LORD had given me help, i would soon have dwelt in the silence of death.

When i said,” My foot is slipping,” your love, O LORD, supported me.

When anxiety was great within me, your consolation brought joy to my soul.

Ecclesiastes 2:22-25

What does a man get for all the toil and the anxious striving with which he labors under the sun?

All his days his work is pain and grief; even at night his mind does not rest. This too is meaningless.

A man can do nothing better than to eat and drink and find satisfaction in his work. This too, i see, is from the hand of God,

for without Him, who can eat or find enjoyment?

Philippians 4:4-9

Rejoice in the Lord always. i will say it again: Rejoice!

Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near.

Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.

And the peace of god, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

过大礼

good morning Jesus !

this morning, woke up and had breakfast. then dad talked bout 过大礼。

i really was angry as he never really emphasized on this but last min he told me, Choo Suai and i are really stressed out in our work already with our assessment and stuffs. But i know i should never lose my temper, i have this problem, Lord Jesus, that is my anger, i do not know how to control it. Lord You give us a spirit of power, self-control and love. Lord i pray that You will teach me to have self-control. and t the same time to love my parents and to honor them. it does not mean that i have to follow all of their ways as only Your way is the Only way. teach me O Lord, give me a discerning heart to do that. i need Your guidance. today i m learning bout two verses that are important. the theme is about serving others. i need to learn that. as i can see that i really dont serve others and i do not know how to serve others. Jesus, thank You so much for always shining a light on my sins and reveal them to me in order for me to repent and learn from You.

For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many. —MARK 10:45

For we do not preach ourselves, but Jesus Christ as Lord, and ourselves as your servants for Jesus’ sake. — 2 CORINTHIANS 4:5

2 Corinthians 4

Therefore, since through God’s mercy we have this ministry, we do not lose heart.
Rather, we have renounced secret and shameful ways; we do not use deception, nor do we distort the word of God. On the contrary, by setting forth the truth plainly we commend ourselves to every man’s conscience in the sight of God.
And even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing.
the god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so that they cannot see the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.
For we do not preach ourselves, but Jesus Christ as Lord, and ourselves as your servants for Jesus’ sake.
For God, who said,” Let light shine out of darkness,” made his light shine in our hearts to ive us the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Christ.
But we have this treasure in jars of clay to show that this all-surpassing power is from God and not from us.
We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair;
persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed.
We always carry in our body the death of Jesus, so that the life of Jesus may also be revealed in our body.
For we who are alive are always being given over to death for Jesus’ sake, so that his life may be revealed in our mortal body.
So then death is at work in us, but life is at work in you.
It is written:” I believed; therefore i have spoken.” With the same spirit of faith we also believe and therefore speak,
because we know that the one who raised the Lord Jesus from the dead will also raise use with Jesus and present us with you in his presence.
All this is for your benefit, so that the grace that is reaching more and more people may cause thanksgiving to overflow to the glory of God
Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day.
For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that outweighs them all.
So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.

i like verse 16. i should not lose heart when things not going according to our way. i pray Lord Jesus You will guide me and choo suai to have a godly marriage, not only just focus on the wedding but miss out the whole point of having a wedding.

i have talked with choo suai bout what my parents want and he is going to find out about过大礼。

有时候，，真的很不明白为什么我们结婚要迁就别人。但是我的父母亲真的很爱我，我深深的体会到。

Isaiah 61;1-3

The Spirit of the Sovereign LORD is on me, because the LORD has anointed me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners, to proclaim the year of the LORD’s favor and the day of vengeance of our God, to comfort all who mourn, and provide for those who grieve in Zion–to bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair. They will be called oaks of righteousness, a planting of the LORD for the display of his splendor.

today bought some chocolate for the doorgifts at pyramind. cost around rm 260.

bought train ticket to ipoh on Saturday 8am. will reach ipoh on 10am.

ate sushi with weishen at sakae sushi, spent rm 80

tomorrow going to start work, Lord i need Your strength to sustain me throughout tomorrow. i m looking forward to work and wish to learn as much as i can in the working hours.

chatted on phone with chang chin sin today. knowing that she is stuck in china, her husband n her never got intimacy since marriage a year ago. this kind of scared me. i do not wish to be like this, i want God’s blessing in my marriage.

seeing papa and mami in their marriage, sometimes i m afraid to start a family with someone. but God is the Hope. and He has showed me how sister renee and brother kevin having a Godly family. i want to have such family. Lord i want to pursue You more eagerly in my life. i do not want to sit back and think life is just like that.

Lord Jesus, i also want to pray for my forgiveness for siow wei, Lord i do not want to be angry with her anymore and i choose to let it go and let myself go loose in this tightness that i long to let go. Lord i pray for siow wei that she will always know tat You are the answer for her life and no one else is.

these are some materials tat i have read from Boundaries;

Finding your life’s work involves taking risks. First you need to firmly establish your identity, separating yourself from those you are attached to and following your desires. you must take ownership of how you feel, how you think, and what you want. you must assess your talents and limitations. and then you must begin to step out as God leads you.

for God wants you to discover and use your gifts to his glory. he asks only that you include him in the process: ” Delight yourself in the LORD and he will give you the desires of your heart. commit your way to the LORD; trust in him and he will do this( Ps 37:4-5)

God also, however, calls you to be accountable for what you do:” Follow the ways of your heart and whatever your eyes see, but know that for all these things God will bring you to judgment” ( Eccl11:9)

as you develop your talents, look at your work as a partnership between you and God. he has given you gifts, ans he wants you to develop them. Commit your way to the LORD, and you will find your work identity. Ask him to help.

We say yes, but we act out no. God prefers honesty.” It is better not to vow than to make a vow and not fulfill it” ( Eccl5:5)

we often fear being honest because it was not safe to express honesty in our earthly relationships. With Job we fear both abandonment and retaliation. people abandoned us or attacked us when we told them how we really felt.

REST ASSURED, HOWEVER, THAT GOD DESIRES TRUTH IN OUR “INNER PARTS'(PS 51:6).HE IS SEEKING PEOPLE WHO WILL HAVE A REAL RELATIONSHIP WITH HIM( JOHN 4:23-24). HE WANTS TO HEAR IT ALL, NO MATTER HOW BAD IT SEEMS TO US. WHEN WE OWN WHAT IS WITHIN OUR BOUNDARIES, WHEN WE BRING IT INTO THE LIGHT, GOD CAN TRANSFORM IT WITH HIS LOVE.
